Community Events

On 26 March 2024, BMSIPO, in partnership with Alice Lee Innovation Centre of Excellence (A.L.I.C.E) @ SGH Campus, organised the HHP I&E Workplan Sharing Workshop.

This event served as a platform for over 60 I&E practitioners hailing from various sectors of Singapore's public sector research and clinical institutions, National Platforms, and public agencies. Together, they convened to forge connections, exchange insights on workplan priorities, and ignite collaborative ideas aimed at fortifying the ecosystem.

The workshop brought together representatives from research organisations, incubators, hospitals, universities, technology transfer offices (TTOs), national platforms, and funding offices. Institutions present included Agency of Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), co11ab, Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), Duke-NUS Medical School, Diagnostics Development Hub (DXD Hub), Economic Development Board (EDB), Experimental Drug Development Centre (EDDC), Enterprise Singapore, MOH TRUST Office, Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Initiative (NATi), National Research Foundation (NRF), National Medical Research Council (NMRC), National University Health System (NUHS), National Healthcare Group (NHG), National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), NTUitive, SGInnovate, Singapore Biodesign, SingHealth, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Bringing together stakeholders from across the ecosystem, the workshop fostered a vibrant atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaborative spirit as participants delved into strategies to enhance collaboration within the Singapore Biomedical I&E Ecosystem.
